Air Pollution Control Strategy
Significant capital, operating and maintenance cost savings on back-end air pollution control are realized by minimizing emissions at the source and by reducing the volume of gas requiring treatment.
Numerous measures have been implemented with attractive cost recoveries, including:
- balancing of process ovens and cooling tunnels to reduce emission exfiltration;
- reformulation of products to reduce solvents and potential Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs);
- replacement and consolidation of exhaust fans to reduce gas flow and energy use.
Many factors are considered during strategy development, such as:
- level of control required;
- composition and volume flow rate of the gas stream(s);
- regulatory requirements, budget and schedule requirements, etc.
Our experienced environmental team works closely with the client to develop a control strategy that meets the needs of the company and satisfies the overall goals and objectives of the program.
Pinchin Environmental operates independent of equipment suppliers applying the most appropriate technology at the best combination of price, quality, functionality and dependability.
