Complimentary Breakfast
Many building owners and property managers are not aware that in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act of Ontario, a Certificate of Approval (CofA) is required before you install or operate HVAC equipment, cooling towers, boilers or power generators. In addition, depending on your approval, it might have to be amended BEFORE you add or replace equipment.
There are also specific air and noise compliance limits for emergency power generators.
