  • Annual emission summary and dispersion modelling report updating will become mandatory

Together We Need to Develop a Compliance Strategy

Business owners * Plant managers * Operations managers * EHS coordinators * Decision makers:

You can’t afford to miss this complimentary breakfast seminar!

All equipment, supporting documentation, and new approvals must be in place by February 2013.

Toxics Reduction Act

In addition, Ontario Manufacturers have their second Toxics Reduction Report due next June and their first Toxics Reduction Plan is due December 2012.

If you are an existing Schedule 5 client, these changes will have a significant impact on you and you must take action.

In This Seminar We’ll Cut Right to the Chase

We’ll tell you what’s happening at the MOE; how air and noise approvals are changing; how the legislation will affect you; and what you need to do - starting now.  We don’t have time to wait until next year.
