Contract Administration and Inspection  

Building Owners or Property Managers may wish to have the services of Contract Administration and Inspection included as part of the design service to properly select a qualified Contractor to ensure compliance with the design documents throughout the execution of the work.

Pinchin can provide full or part time inspection services, as required by the Owner, to assist in ensuring the work is being completed in compliance with the design documents and applicable regulations and standards.

Additional services that can be provided include:

• Construction Monitoring and Inspection Service
• Air/vapour Barrier Inspection;
• Design Review;
• Review of Shop Drawings; and
• Review of As-built Drawings.
