Design Services

Upon completion of any investigation/condition survey of single or multiple component(s) within a building where remedial work has been identified as being required, Pinchin personnel can prepare necessary Design of Repair services (Drawings, Specifications and Form of Bid) to the following:

• Design of Repairs to the Building Envelope including but not limited to the design of:
  
  
  • Replacement Roof Systems;
  • Cladding/Sealant Repairs;
  • Waterproofing Repairs/replacement;
  • Glazing Repairs/replacement;
• Design of Repairs to Balcony Systems including railing replacement;
• Design of Repairs to Parking Garage Structures;
• Design of Repairs to Historical Structures.

This service includes the prequalification of contractors, identification of potentially new bidders and the review of existing bidders to ensure the Contractors are qualified to complete the specific work at hand from both a quality and a scheduling standpoint.
