Pinchin Staff in the Building Science and BCA group have previously completed thousands of Environmental and Building Condition Assessments for Financial Institutions, Property Owners, Managers and Developers.  

As noted below, Pinchin personnel have gained considerable corporate-wide and regional experience in building condition assessments for a wide variety of clients.  Designated senior Pinchin building science professionals have considerable experience in the evaluation of building envelope systems including the roof, wall, window, and building operations (i.e. mechanical /electrical), etc.
