  • Plans for immediate, 5, 10, 20 and 30-year time frames outlining repairs, and replacements of building components
  • Cost analysis and budget allocation for future repairs and replacement of building components
  • Distribution and review of owner questionnaire
  • Interviews with 20% of corporation’s owners to address the issues/problems being faced
  • Follow-up services include meeting with the board/owner(s) to present the findings and allow the review of the draft report before the final report is prepared
