Administrative Assistant (Temporary Position)
Winnipeg, MB REF# ADMIN-AA6

Responsibilities & Attributes:

The Administrative Department is recruiting for the position of an Administrative Assistant.  The overall responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assisting the Branch Office Administrator in various administrative duties for the Winnipeg office;
  • Assisting with reception and administrative duties;
  • General office administration such as word-processing support, filing, copying, binding and faxing;

Qualifications:

An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, & Outlook) is required as well as 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute is an asset.  Excellent grammar and spelling skills is mandatory.  A high school diploma and/or Secretarial or Administrative Assistant course is preferred. A valid drivers license, insurance & personal vehicle is required (work-related travel expenses will be compensated).
