Established in 1981 by Dr. Don Pinchin to provide consulting services to the asbestos abatement industry, the company now provides services in air & noise emissions, climate change GHG, occupational health & safety, building science, environmental assessment & transactional due diligence, indoor air quality & microbial contamination, hazardous materials (asbestos, mould, lead), laboratory services (asbestos, lead, mould, odour), and training in all aspects of these fields.

Combined with the national capabilities of the Pinchin Group, which includes PHH ARC in western Canada , PHH Environmental (UK) in the United Kingdom , Pinchin LeBlanc in Eastern Canada and Le Groupe Gesfor Poirier, Pinchin in Quebec , Pinchin Environmental is able to handle the most expansive national projects with local expertise and local ownership that is virtually unparalleled. Pinchin staff includes 7 Certified Industrial Hygienists, 36 licensed Professional Engineers, Geologist and Hydro Geologists, 123 scientific and doctorate degrees and 103 technicians and technologists.
