Pinchin's Mission Statement:

Service
Maintain existing services and to develop new areas and solidify partnerships with providers to round out our services whilst attaining a national and possibly global presence.
Employees
Attain optimum level of staffing of good quality, well remunerated employees, consistently developing their skill set to meet stricter standards. Improve communication and promote a pleasant and nurturing work environment. Incorporation of a worthwhile bonus program (to supplement competitive salaries) to encourage and reward staff.
Business Processes
Improve productivity via further automation; improve information process flow, and organizational structure. Implement quality assurance standards.
Quality Control
Improve project management processes and quality of service offered to clients. Implement auditing process and consider/assess value of ISO 9001 program.
Client Care and Satisfaction
Develop and document a marketing strategy; improve communication with clients and implement feedback systems to measure client satisfaction . To improve our interaction with select clients on more than a strictly business basis.
Financial
Continue to grow revenues by at least 25% per annum; increase or at least maintain current budgeted profit margins; attain and maintain strong cash flows.
Business Continuity
Develop succession plan; and provide qualified capable management and management support resources.
