This complimentary breakfast seminar will provide a useful introduction to Saskatchewan’s environmental regulations and phased assessment process. We will review the significant changes in Saskatchewan’s environmental regulations over the last decade and how that affects development, management, financing, assessment, and remediation of real estate in Saskatchewan. This seminar will also cover key items that should be addressed by current property owners and managers to ensure the overall costs of environmental due diligence can be minimized. Additionally, we will cover Baseline Property Condition Assessments which will help property managers and owners identify the overall current and future potential deficiencies and potential expenditures associated with the site.
Property Condition Assessments:
Mr. Reese Giraudier is a Project Manager in the Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation (EDR). Reese holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering Technology from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science Technology in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and is a member of the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians. Reese has seven years of experience within the environmental industry and has completed over 500 projects on behalf of Pinchin Ltd., including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), environmental compliance audits, underground storage tank removals, environmental site remediation and long-term monitoring programs on residential, commercial and industrial properties.
