Course Registration by Fax

To register for courses by fax, please download the PDF Registration Form below, fill it out and fax it to us at 905-363-0681.

You can also register for any Course or Complimentary Breakfast ONLINE by going to the Course or Breakfast page and clicking the green "Register Now" button.  You are not required to create a profile, although you may do so to keep track of your purchases and speed up your registration process in the future.
