Asbestos Inspection and Air Monitoring Services
The inspection of asbestos removal is vital to ensure occupant safety and peace of mind as well as to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. On-site inspection of the enclosure, decontamination facility, equipment, negative pressure, dust suppression, worker protection and clean-up adds significantly to the quality and safety of the work. All Pinchin inspectors possess both technical training and field experience prior to performing independent project inspection.
Pinchin technologies document observations made during the inspection, including contractors work procedures and progress of work. Our site inspection report provides an independent record of contractor's work practices and confirms the effectiveness of the protection for areas outside the work site. A copy of the site inspection report is provided on-site upon completion of each inspection.
Pinchin's field personnel are fully qualified in air sample collection and analysis with lengthy microscope training, and ongoing quality control testing. All Pinchin Environmental analysts participate in the quality control program of the Institute de Reserche en Santé et Securité de Traveailleurs (IRSST). This level of quality control and training, although common in the U.S. , is virtually unknown in Canada . It provides a level of qualification and legal certification that is of great value in the management of hazardous materials.
