Asbestos Awareness - ½ Day Course

Current Ontario Ministry of Labour regulations require all owners of older buildings, as well as tenants and contractors who perform work in these buildings, to control for the likely presence of asbestos materials. This ensures the safety of building occupants, maintenance workers and construction workers who may disturb the asbestos in the course of their work. 

This ½ day course will prepare property and construction managers to fulfil their responsibilities to manage this work safely and in compliance with Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Environment requirements. The course is not intended for maintenance workers or contractors who will undertake or supervise asbestos work personally.

Cost: $150 plus GST per person
