Surveys for hazardous materials are performed either on a room by room, or an area by area basis. Information on the type of hazardous materials extent, quantity, condition and access, is collected by our field staff for each observation location.
A comprehensive survey report is generated from the field data. This report shows the type of hazardous materials, extent, quantitiy, condition and includes a detailed list of recommended actions to meet regulatory requirements.
As an option, Pinchin’s Online Hazardous Material Inventory System can be provided for large or multiple building surveys, allowing managers online access to maintain and update surveys.
