Note that we do not perform work on homes. But, we can tell you how to take a sample, analyze the sample and give you direction and assistance in getting the asbestos removed if that is what you need to do.

Our Asbestos Lab

Pinchin Environmental Ltd. is two of six Canadian laboratories accredited by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology, National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP, Certification # 101270 and the relevant requirements of ISO 17025) for the identification of asbestos in bulk samples. A copy of the certificate is attached here. Accreditation to ISO standards provide an assurance of accurate and legally defensible analysis for our own clients and for other consultants and building owners who submit samples directly to our laboratory.
