2) CONFINED SPACE: a one-day "onsite" workshop provides the attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to:

• understand and comply with new regulatory requirements effective Sept 30, 2006
• identify confined spaces and associated hazards
• conduct hazard assessments
• develop confined space programs, plans, permits and procedures
• identify appropriate hazard controls (e.g. atmospheric monitoring, ventilation, retrieval methods)
