Are You Ready For The “New” WHMIS Regulations?

The new system, "Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS)", will address classification of chemicals by types of hazard and harmonized approach to classification and labelling. It ensures that information on physical hazards and toxicity from chemicals are available to protect people and the environment during the handling, transport and use of these chemicals. The GHS also provides a basis for harmonization of rules and regulations on chemicals at national, regional and worldwide level, an important factor also for trade facilitation.

Note:  This Breakfast Session is 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

Have a Question for our Breakfast or Course Leader ?

Pinchin delivers close to a hundred seminars per year and we recognize that some people are not comfortable asking potentially sensitive questions in an open forum. We will gladly deal with these one-on-one but if you want to email the question ahead of time, we'll make sure we answer it during the seminar. Send questions to General Inquiries.
