Incident Command & Control
Effective training for an Emergency Response Incident Commander is required by the Occupational Safety & Health Association (OSHA) and is recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as well as CAN/ CSA-Z731-03.
Incident Commanders are responsible for managing the entire response operations. Coordinating an effective response to emergency situations involving chemical, fire or medical emergencies is essential in order to protect the environment, the general public and emergency response personnel from harm.
This 1 day workshop is directed towards those who may be called upon to coordinate or lead an effective and safe response to an emergency at their facility. A combination of theory and table top exercises will be employed to facilitate the learning process.
