With greater emphasis on regulatory requirements, higher expectations for due diligence, WSIB accreditation, Workwell and increased customer demands, effective management systems are now a necessity.  A good system will result in lower operating costs, lower WSIB premiums, less government intervention and a more productive workforce.  Come and find out why a good management system will help you achieve your business goals.

This breakfast seminar will:

  • Define what a Management System is and outline the key elements that make up a good system

  • Discuss why you should consider implementing a Management System

  • Outline how organizations develop and implement Management Systems and how Pinchin can help you on your path to success.

Presenter:

The session will be delivered by David Gardner  M.Sc., M.Eng., MBA, CESM, CRSP, ROH, a leading authority in occupational health and safety management systems.  David has 22 years of health and safety experience, including almost a decade working with the Ontario Ministry of Labour (MOL).  David’s experience with the MOL, as a senior EH&S Manager in industry, and as a consultant, provides a unique perspective on the management of EH&S issues, a perspective that David enthusiastically shares with Pinchin clients.

Have a Question for our Breakfast or Course Leader ?

Pinchin delivers close to a hundred seminars per year and we recognize that some people are not comfortable asking potentially sensitive questions in an open forum. We will gladly deal with these one-on-one but if you want to email the question ahead of time, we'll make sure we answer it during the seminar. Send questions to General Inquiries.
