This course provides students with all the requirements of CSA Standard Z.94.04.  It will cover:

  • limitations of respiratory protection principles of air purifying respirator functionality
  • components of an effective Respiratory Protection Program
  • health effects and physical symptoms associated with respiratory hazards 

It also addresses respirator polices and procedures; selection, use and care maintenance of respirators; as well as Qualitative Fit Testing as required by the standard.
