Pinchin has qualified engineers, industrial hygienists, project managers and technologists in over 50 offices, and a NVLAP accredited asbestos laboratory (Lab 101270-0). We can respond to your request in a timely manner, and provide results you can be confident in.

The Pinchin Hazardous Materials Inventory System (HMIS Online) provides managers online access to maintain and update surveys for large or multiple building surveys, and Pinchin staff can develop specifications for hazardous materials removal and manage your project through to completion.

Qualifications

Pinchin’s Hazardous Materials group provides experienced and qualified staff anywhere we operate. All field technicians have completed a 3-day asbestos control program and other appropriate training. Over the last 5 years, Pinchin has performed designated substance surveys of more than 10,000 buildings.  In addition to our extensive experience performing designated substance surveys, Pinchin tenders and administers hundreds of asbestos abatement programs every year.
