Course Type: Complimentary Session
Course Length: 1 hr
If you're a developer or commercial property manager in British Columbia, you should be aware of the upcoming amendments to the Contaminated Sites Regulations that will come into effect on February 2021. Among the changes, this amendment significantly alters the triggers for when further investigation is required for a site, introducing a number of new trigger points for mandatory investigations.
The session will help attendees understand the upcoming changes, determine if or how the changes may affect their existing portfolios, and how you can properly prepare for these changes.
