Pinchin’s Building Science and Sustainability services are headquartered in Mississauga and are supported by our offices across Canada. Our Building Science team of registered Professional Engineers and LEED Accredited Professionals are available to assess your building's existing condition, preventive maintenace planning, facility energy management and sustainability programs. We undertake hundreds of Building Condition Assessments each year and have completed numerous Building Envelope and Building Science projects including roof consulting, moisture intrusion studies, window, façade and door repair and replacement projects for clients in the institutional, financial, social housing, educational, and municipal sectors.
