Real Estate Due Diligence & Remediation

Real Estate Due Diligence is a critical part of managing risk during property transactions. Purchasers and property managers need to know about potential contamination onsite, and often a Phase I or Phase II Environmental Site Assessment will be required by a lender or financial institution.
