Arrival at Courses

Unless otherwise specified on your registration, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your course or complimentary session begins.

Changes

Pinchin reserves the right to cancel or change courses, instructors and locations.

Payment Information

  • Payment is required online using credit card. Contact us if you would like to pay by invoice (some restrictions may apply)
  • Registration is transferrable to another course date (if available)
  • Group discount rates may apply. For details, contact us.
  • Payments are not required for complimentary sessions.


Effective May 1, 2010 federal and provincial taxes will be based on your billing address.
Effective July 1, 2010, HST will apply to Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

Admissions

Pinchin seminars and courses are intended for Pinchin clients and prospects.
Pinchin reserves the right to refuse registrations.

Cancellation Policy

Pinchin reserves the right to cancel or change courses/complimentary sessions, instructors, or locations with prior notice. In the event that Pinchin must cancel a course, your course fees will be refunded to you in full.

Rescheduling a Course

Rescheduling from one course date to another will be processed with no administration fee.
