To ensure the safety of our employees and address various safety risks, we’ve developed a robust Health and Safety Management System that empowers every employee with the training, resources, and support they need to perform their job safely and confidently. Pinchin University (PinchinU), our Learning Management System (LMS), is a cornerstone of our educational offerings. This system provides a flexible, accessible platform for a wide array of training courses, enabling consistent, high-quality learning across all our offices and teams. PinchinU offers courses in compliance, Health and Safety, practise-specific skills, and professional development areas like leadership, time management, and enhanced project management, helping our team reach new heights.
