Worker Exposure Surveys

Employers are legally required to protect their workers from exposure to hazardous substances including chemicals, dust, noise, and heat. Pinchin can assist you in the identification, evaluation and control of environmental stressors that may cause adverse health effects or significant discomfort in workers

Occupational Hygiene Surveys are conducted to:

  • evaluate compliance with regulated exposure limits or good practice guidelines
  • evaluate health hazard potential
  • investigate reported health symptoms

Based on the findings of the hygiene survey, our occupational hygienists are also available to assist the client in developing and implementing appropriate, cost-effective control measures. These measures may include engineering controls, worker training programs and personal protective equipment programs, among other strategies.
