Seminar Description

Expectations from tenants, investors and government policy are forcing the real estate industry to incorporate ESG standards into their facilities in a tangible way. Canadian facility owners / managers have a few options to choose from when choosing a green building certification or rating system. Which certification meets your needs? How complicated is it to obtain? What are the registration costs? How long does it take? What value does it provide? What are tenants demanding?
