Bianca practices environmental law, litigation, and Indigenous legal issues. She draws on her background in environmental studies and business to assist clients with complex environmental legal problems.
Bianca helps clients to understand and comply with a variety of municipal, provincial and federal environmental laws. She also has experience assisting clients with managing environmental liabilities. Bianca advocates for clients in environmental civil proceedings, administrative proceedings, and regulatory prosecutions. She also advises clients on Indigenous consultation obligations.
